Utilising the skills learnt in 'Enrich' program experiences, students are given a project brief which requires them to solve a real world problem. This might include improving or developing a new product or service. The project is designed to stretch and challenge students, giving them an opportunity to develop Design Thinking Process and technological skillsets.

Vic VICE - Virtual Reality Career Exploration
In partnership with Goldfields LLEN.
Vic VICE is an interactive virtual reality platform where students can explore real-world workplaces and future career opportunities. This immersive experience enables students to learn about different industries, pathways, and skill sets through interactive simulations.
Year 10 Student Work Experience Program: Entrepreneurial Edge
Students are invited to participate in a purposefully designed, 5 day work experience program that blends classroom learning with industry engagement to develop critical thinking, problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills whilst gaining much sought-after career knowledge. This program has been co-designed with the La Trobe Business School and industry partner, Bugbox.
Creative Industries Immersion Day:
Term 2 - In partnership with the Goldfields Local Learning and Employment Network (Goldfields LLEN) and local Creative Industry partners, this immersive experience has been designed to ignite the creative passions of students and to provide them with an opportunity to explore career and education pathways to the arts by directly connecting them with local professionals. Students in Years 8 to 10 will take part in interactive workshops and presentations led by industry professionals.
Allied Health ‘Come and Try’ Day:
Term 3 - In partnership with the Goldfields Local Learning and Employment Network (Goldfields LLEN), Bendigo Health Hospital, Bendigo TAFE and the Rural Workforce Agency Victoria (RWAV) the Bendigo Tech School will be hosting the 2025 Allied Health ‘Come & Try Day’ for Years 9 & 10 students interested in exploring careers within the health industry, including education pathways and opportunities. The event offers a unique hands on immersive experience that builds student knowledge through a series of hands-on workshops, industry panel discussions and opportunities for students to speak directly with local clinicians.
STEAM Festival:
Bendigo Tech School is available to assist your school through teacher upskilling, program preparation and on-the-day tech support so that you can run your own successful STEAM Festival for your students!
Science Week:
Specially developed programs based on the annual National Science Week theme and made available to diverse and specialty cohorts.
